We provide a comprehensive range
of medical services

Our healthcare offerings designed to meet the diverse needs of our patients. We provide Primary, Episodic, and Emergency Care, including acute care for immediate medical needs and treatment for minor lacerations. Our Mental Health Services address psychological well-being, while our Dental Care ensures oral health. We offer Substance Abuse Treatment through alcohol and drug detoxification programs, and Chronic Disease Management for ongoing conditions, including Infectious Disease Management. Specialty Programs include advanced HEART care with Troponin testing, Onsite Dialysis, and Inmate Re-entry programs, alongside special community initiatives like the Department of Health NARCAN distribution and opioid test kits. Additionally, we emphasize Medication Management and Health Education to empower patients in maintaining their health.
